there are two wolves – which one do I feed.
The day I discovered the Lazy one – scare and frail. Lazy one is a part of my previous personality that creates more pain than pleasure. It makes me do things that I later regret. Which one will I feed – the lazy one or the courageous one?
I was honest to write my friend what the situation was. And he was so kind to answer me with a great email about will power.
2.15 wake up
Neg purchases – 1h. Got an extra 10 units for 10 min chat.
Order pizza. First order not good.
More you tube time – darn.
4.20=-take off. pick up
5.10 – home, retreat
6.10pm – visitors – the four. I ate so much pizza. It was amazing. Why the h&**. And then chocolate. And some stronga. It woke me up.
8.30 – they depart. I stay – do the regular
9.30 – hulu – the seeker – that which is not seen
10 – 15 min abs
10.30 cut hair and shower
11-2am – watch movies (4h) – kung pow

Go out for an hour. Came back ears pierced by noise.
30 min on internet for recovery.
Found the one that does what one wants
shower and read
talk for 30 minutes.
Make a decision – it is my intention to accept myself just the way I am. It is my intention to have fun at least 1h per day with project A
